TOKUASIA PTE. LTD INCORPORATED; WELCOME CIZAR!

After nearly a year of planning and reorganisation, we would like to announce the incorporation of tokuAsia Pte. Ltd​ as of 13 November 2019.

Having operated tokuAsia Pictures LLP ​as a production company for the past seven years, the newly set-up company represents our new business direction, which is to become a global transmedia entertainment company that creates and develops family-friendly content, products and services with Asian-centric philosophy and values.

Mr. Basil Yeo, the Managing Partner of tokuAsia Pictures LLP, will assume the appointment of Chief Executive Officer, while Mr. Aydeel Djoeharie and Mr. Gan Meng Yeow will assume the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Brands respectively.

Apart from managing Sacred Guardian Singa, the Sacred Guardians Universe and its related intellectual property (IP), tokuAsia Pte. Ltd will also be looking to partner and develop exciting new IPs from Southeast Asia in the near future. tokuAsia Pictures LLP will continue to function as a subsidiary of tokuAsia Pte. Ltd. 

As part of our new business expansion, we would also like to formally welcome Mr. Cizar Abughazaleh, an experienced start-up founder and investor, to tokuAsia Pte. Ltd as Advisor to the Board.
